My approach is calm, non-judgmental, and non-directive. I don't give advice or provide therapy. Instead, I listen carefully and use gentle reflective questioning to help you make sense of what's on your mind and come to your own conclusions.
Clarity Conversations grew from my experience supporting people who are holding a lot, emotionally, mentally, or professionally, and who don't necessarily want therapy but do need to be heard. My aim is to offer a safe, contained space where you can slow things down and think clearly.
